I wore my jewelry out of the store and they did not offer me a box or bag to put it in. I was surprised! The sales woman did not have much knowledge on the products. It must have been her first week!

I found the wait of 40 minutes absolutely ridiculous in order to buy one or two items. Then when my Name was finally Called, the sales rep seemed annoyed that I only wanted one item and she did not want to help me. I explained to her that I wanted the all Silver snowman charm and she showed me the white one. She would Not walk over to the counter that I saw the one I wanted in. She refused to let me Show her, insisting she knew which one I wanted. Then when we did finally get the one out that I wanted, the whole Buying process is insane. She has to locate the item in a book to scan it. Then take the charm off to some other part of the store to get me a box. I will Not shop in this store again. I will Only Buy online from now on.

If I spent more than $125 I would receive a free $65 bracelet. I spent almost $300 and asked if I could have a $60 bracelet instead of the $65. My sales woman walked over to the manager? and she said very loudly "NO". I have spent a lot of money at that store over the last year and I said , that is not the way to treat a customer and left.

I had a simple exchange. I bought my wife a charm bracelet for mothers day. The day of the purchase I had a great experience with the sales associate. She was friendly engaged and cared about what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to make an exhcnage on the size of the brancelet so we came back to the store to do an exchange. I was assisted by who I believe is Paola (based on the name on the receipt). From the start, I felt she gave my wife and I am attitude, first by telling my wife that she couldn't exchange the bracelet since she opened it and wore it. How can she know if is the right size if she is not allowed to wear it? We still had the box and bag that it came with. She was not interested in helping us, we felt we were actually bothering her. We could tell she did not want to show us the different products that the store had available. Her responses were short and disangaged. What a disappointment. This is my first time buying Pandora, we went back for the exchange and to get more charms. But this interaction changed my perspective on this place. It is sad to see how one person have the power to represent a brand in a very negative way. This was that person.

I was 5th in line, and waited 45 minutes to be waited on. I wanted the free bracelet and I was told "didn't you read the fine print -- when they are out -- they are out". I want to know why I keep on getting emails and see it on TV - free bracelet still as of today. All over the store Pandora advertises free bracelet. PLEASE HAVE YOUR SALES ASSOCIATES TAKE ALL THE ADVERTISEMENTS DOWN, SO PANDORA DOE NOT WASTE THE CUSTOMERS TIME IN LINE -- FOR A VERY DISAPOINTED ANSWER FROM YOUR STAFF. If you advertise them for a limited date, Pandora should have enough until that date. I was told I needed to purchase a bracelet. Very sad for all the money I spend at Pandora. I will not purchase any more gifts or for myself there ever again. I will be telling everyone how dissatisfied my experience was.

There was a new employee she was nice at first when she spoke to me throughout the whole store experience she was talking so face being very aggressively and moody slamming the iPad on the counter and rolling her eyes just overall making Me feel very uncomfortable u asked for a large bag she replied back they don't have any but when I asked the manager she pulled out a large bag for me overall she was very unprofessional and pandora is not the Job for her she needs more experience in customer service

Went into the store during a promotion. Was lied to about being qualified for the free bracelet. When I called about it afterwards, was told there was nothing that could be done. The salesperson should be looked out, maybe she kept the bracelet.

During my visit the clerk treated me as I am a spit underneath her shoes she did not know how to operate the computer had problems with packaging the earrings in a box would not even include tissue paper in the bag and this was a birthday present. There were 4 clerks in the store and only one was willing to help her extremely unfriendly place and such a upscale Mall at Boca Raton. I have visited Pandora in Europe and I shop at Deerfield Pandora place however I will not be returning to Boca mall . It’s such a shame employing people who do not want to be there .
