Went to Purchase a necklace , sales associate told me the price was $75.00 looking at the item tag, no problem I paid for it , when I checked my receipt I was being charged $90.00 + taxes I asked sales associate why the over charge and she told me they changed the prices and if I wasn't ok with the price I can get my refund so that's what I did i got my money back and went to expended on another store , very unprofessional sales associate in Boca Store at Town Center Mall .

I needed assistance with both a flexible bangle and a tight clasp on a bangle bracelet. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me how to work both clasps. Selina provided excellent customer service which is why I remain loyal to Pandora.

My experiences at pandora is always a pleasure. But this time around was very upsetting. The sales associate gabe me the wrong information about an item being apart of the sales promotion and once she realized she gave me the wrong information, she lied about the availability and location of the product. I will shop at another pandora location. This was very unnecessary.

My 11 year old daughter was taken advantage of while purchasing gifts for me. I will be returning the $550 in product that was sold to her after Christmas! Thank you for ruining her first shopping experience!

Upon receiving an email on spending X amount of dollars there was a promotion about receiving a “free bangle” with purchase over certain amount. I thought wow what a great deal I will be able to add charms to fiancés bracelet and I will be able to purchase my mother a Christmas gift. Upon arriving to the store I was informed they no longer had “bangles” available and that they had discontinued the sale, not offered that if I made the purchase they could send one online, upon pointing out bangles they had I was informed they were not free ones. I commend PANDORA for offering such a great deal, but I arrived over 24 hours before the promotion was over and they didn’t have any to offer, a real disappointment and absolutely offered no solution to partake in the promotion. It felt like a bait and switch marketing tactic by your brand in which is highly disappointing. They offered no way to compensate for the email promotion I had received either.
