I was on my 15 from work and needed a Mother’s Day gift ASAP!! A young lady that worked there stood in front of me and took less than 10 minutes to show me a beautiful charm that I was highly satisfied with and I was able to be on my way.

The inventory in-store is great. I like the fact that I got the catalog, the saleslady is able to show me options and things that I like, and the saleslady offers options and do recommendations. I am always happy going to Pandora.

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me as I looked through several items that I wanted to see for my wife. One of the credit card machines was giving her strife but she was able to resolve the problem quickly.
