I had never been in Pandora store but had no ideal what to look for. My sales person Ellaisa C was so helpful with assisting me I bought 3 gifts. I would visit store again

Sales associate was friendly and efficient.

Even though I had to wait outside they were very nice and friendly and let me know how long it would be until I got in they kept me updated. My sales person I believe was Patricia very friendly very patient with me I had a return no questions asked if I wanted to buy a new bracelet for myself she actually sold me two bracelets and a charm! That’s how good of a sales person she is but there was no pressure at all that’s why I had a very good experience because it was me shopping not the sales person shopping! That’s why I had such a happy experience because there was no pressure for me to hurry up and get out of the store no pressure for me to buy anything and she even asked me to come back and show her the bracelet with the ring I was trying to match up with that was at home I thought that was a very nice touch .

The store manager Ms. Luisa was very attentive to detail, she made sure to meet my needs by being very professional and attentive in meeting my needs. I'm so happy with the service Ms. Luisa provided. Thank you very much. I will continue to buy items and pass the positive experience I had. I appreciate it so much.

All perfect except for the fact that the store was crowded and took us a good time to get assistance.
