The sales person went beyond he could to make I left the store happy with my purchase!

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because as soon as I entered the store, there were employees welcoming me in. The minute I came in they were asking me if I was looking for something specific or just browsing. They even told me about the Pandora credit card and its benefits. I did end up purchasing a ring and they even helped me find muting size without any issue or hesitation.

The sales girl, long blond hair(didn't get her name). Was very kind and compassionate. I recently lost my daughter, she helped me build a bracelet to wear in remembrance. She was so helpful, I wore it out, helped me decide how to balance the bracelet. They was a lot of rose gold (Erica's favorite). It turned out beautiful, I was grateful for someone to not rush me and paid attention to only me through this purchase.

Had exactly what I needed

The representative was very kind and kbowledgeable and pointed us the the right direction. I did not like that she asked at the end if that was all we would get, it made me feel like she was expecting a bigger sale

Patricia knew exactly what I was looking for. She knew exactly how to show me what to do. She was very helpful and polite. She took care of what I needed.

I liked how quick my services was. I also liked how I had many options. Finally I liked how nice the person who helped me was. Everything was done right.
