The team has gotten better, There more friendly and more on willing to help you find something to purchase. There was no wait time I went right in which is good at the Boca location you normally have to wait 10 mins.

Clean store. No long wait in line. Professional polite staff working in the Boca Raton Town Center location. I had more options to choose from. Better quality. Inventory 100%. This will become my store besides shopping online. My sales person was Clara W. She was amazing. She offered the credit card, cleaning solution, she even took my information such as ring size,neglace, bracelets size, interests/hobbies. So that she can call me for promotions etc. She was so Patient and polite. This young lady went over and beyond . This is what you call 100% customer service. She made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store. Thanks pandora for hiring the best sales person!!!
