Wait time to go into the store is always long. Not sure why but the staff is friendly

I went into the store the first time just to look. My granddaughter was with me and she saw 2 items that she wanted. I purchased them for her. The earrings and ring were just beautiful. The service was excellent. I went back a week or so later and purchased several items for myself. I love the jewelry. it is so pretty. Again the service was excellent. I already know which pieces I want next.

I started my bracelet a couple of years ago. I’ve done most of my shopping online, or at the Wellington Mall. My friend decided she wanted to gift herself for her birthday with a bracelet. We started shopping online to make a few selections. I suggested we go in store to get the correct size bracelet. The Boca Mall store had a selection of sizes in the bracelet, and the charms that she chose. Turned out to be the best decision! We were blessed with associate Keke! She was excellent! Keke was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable! Once she learned this was a new customer she immediately measured for size! It was happy sailing from that point on…I even bought a charm! Kudos to Keke
