As my first time, I was highly impressed with the organization of the inventory to allow the selection of my items be done quick, smooth, and easy. I love that. For example, I was interested in "Family" charms. My sales rep, Danielle O., showed me the charms from the Pandora book that I could choose from instead of walking all around the store. Now, she did share with me that there were other options in the store beyond the booklet but there was enough in the booklet from me to choose from. Amazingly, I never left the place I started from the time I walked in. With the help of the book and Danelle O's knowledge, it made my experience wonderful b/c I dreaded coming into the store.

My salesperson, Anne M, was so helpful she even convinced me to open a Pandora Credit Card. And I did. Love this store.

The sales associate and supervisor was very helpful and listened to my concerns and needs .. I was in the store because my clap fell off for the second time and had to buy it again for the third time. She told me about the clap replacement plan and told me to send an email to get a replacement.

The service from the sales associate was over the top very pleased and satisfied

Everyone was very friendly. I went as the store opened, no lines no waiting. The displays were very pretty and inviting.
