I drove from Miami all the way to Boca Raton. it was the only location that had the charms I was looking for. As soon as I got there we waited a few due to COVID-19 social distancing. Clara W. helped us out getting the bracelets and charms. She was pleasant and had a lot of product knowledge which was great. I enjoyed my visit. I’m coming back soon just for the availability and customer service.

Elizabeth was a great sales associate. She was kind, friendly and welcoming. The wait to get in the store was very long, which made me almost leave.
