I’m not one to first of all go into a store and purchase jewelry. I’m not a jewelry person so I was first of all my sister bought me a Pandora bracelet for my birthday and add it two charms. So I came to the store to buy my best friend a charm for her bracelet as well as buy me another charm and two dividers. I was highly satisfied and planning on coming back to get more charms from this particular store.

Because I went to the Pandora in Coral Square in FL the service was bad and store full. I decide to go back to where I purchase originally and were the service was upstanding knew how to treat your costumer during these times with covid 19 still around. I will always recommend Pandora store in Boca Raton.

I came in to exchange and purchase more and staff Re measures and suggested a smaller size bracelet would work better and it did. I needed something to symbolize my pet and they recommended a PERFECT charm which I adore and purchased. It’s like they read my mind ….staff is always friendly and really know the merchandise with great suggestions. They keep me coming back for more😍
