I went to the mall with no intention of going to Pandora's. Since it's Mother's Day weekend, I walked by the store turned back around there's wasn't a line (thank God for that) walked in, told the employee what I was looking for. She showed me three charms. I picked one, purchased it, and left. Fastest service ever.
