My experience was amazing. My sales associate was kind, patient and professional. She walked me through all the pieces I wanted and even made suggestions. I love my experience today. Her name is Paloma ID 168169. She just made my experience memorable. I was with my aunt who has cancer. She made her feel comfortable and pretty.

The associate was so nice while helping my friend pick out her first ever rings, she made her purchase and about 30min later I went back and bought a ring too because I was so happy with the service. I also received information about how to use the self cleaning station to clean my other Pandora ring that I was wearing. After cleaning my ring I was so happy with how it sparkles again!! Me and my friend bought matching rings and I will definitely be buying all my rings from Pandora now. I love my old Pandora ring that I got last February and the quality has held up so well! Even though I never take my rings off so this prompted me to get another one this visit!
