Greeted and assisted as a valued customer. Knowledge and friendliness of staff. One stop shop with great inventory and selections. Associates make recommendations yet don't make me feel pressured. The store is always clean and I feel safe shopping there even during the pandemic. Love that my gifts het wrapped, placed in a shopping bag and ready for gift giving. I also enjoy treating myself to a beautiful piece of jewelry when I go.
