I was not dissatisfied with the store or the manager who helped me. She was very amazing and helpful. I was upset and dissatisfied with the online help desk person who could not help me to resolve why my order was not showing up in the store system. But the manager, Paloma went out of her way to help me so that I did not have to come back or leave without my merchandise. She even recommended a better choice for me than what I selected. Overall with that particular location i was very satisfied and glad that Paloma took the time to help me with my purchase. She was amazing.
