Katherine was extremely nice and helpful showing me everything I was looking for. The store was super clean and welcoming. I didn’t fee pressured to buy anything and was encouraged to look around the store and ask if I needed any help.

Deborah from the Boca Mall pop up kiosk was really nice and patient. She helped me pick out a great gift for my friend.

I wanted to exchange three charms. I did so with no problem what so ever. Them purchased four charms.

I was very satisfied with both Brooke and Patricia. Brooke was able to hold several pieces that I was interested in and Patricia was very kind and knowledgeable with assisting me further. She was able to help me pick out 2 clips and several other charms while explaining everything to me. She was very patients.
