My sales assistant Christina, made it very simple and was able to show me what was wrong with the item I brought in to get replaced. Explained everything thoroughly since it was a gift, and because of her, was able to get a new bracelet and 2 additional charms. She was very helpful.

The sales rep Diane was very helpful and very friendly. The store was spaced out so customers stayed 6ft apart. I will definitely be back to purchase charms for Christmas gifts this year.
