Sales associate was extremely friendly. Store was very clean. Sales associate was knowledgeable about Pandora’s products.

I seen this charm on Jared website. I did not have a charm of mother and son,Jared was sold out so I called boca mall pandora store and the store had it in stock. The price was cheaper at Jared but pandora store stated that they could not honor that price (sadly)

I went to buy a necklace like one I already have for my sis b-day but,the sales associate suggested something else it came out perfect and my Sister loves it.Thank you again.

Recomendaria que en este tiempo de pandemia, usaran el catalogo impreso para mostrar los productos que tienen disponibles, para que ni la chica de pandora este tanto tiempo expuesta al cliente y el cliente pueda manejar tambien su tiempo dentro de la tienda y ver toda la variedad que hay disponible> Yo estoy muy satisfecha con la compra que hice, pero si me hubieran mostrado el catálogo, podría haber escogido otro diseño.
