I had gotten the wrong package from ordering online with my anniversary 4 days away. Isabel helped me over the phone with getting the right ring and was very nice when I came in the store. She was also really helpful with how I can return the incorrect package.

The sales associates are super nice..I enjoy the selection of product that Pandora has.
