Love the store and the service

I have wanted a pandora bracelet for years and I was so excited when I decided to purchase one for my 29th birthday. I didn't have a clue on how to build my bracelet, but the sales associate, Kelsey, was very helpful. A few of the items I selected out of the catalog were sold out, but she quickly showed me other options which were much better than the ones I originally selected. I felt like a kid in a candy store.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and took their time. Didn't feel rushed.

Pandora offers nice pieces for a great value. Very good quality and a time I had a problem with my daughter's bracelet, it was exchanged right away without any problems. Pandora really stands by their merchandise.
