The moment you walk in the sales associates are there to greet you and welcome you into the store. Everything is clean and thoroughly disinfected before and after it is touched they are truly looking out for our safety.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable on what was available. She was friendly and very helpful. She helped me to pick out the perfect charm for me to get my friend for her birthday, along with a new safety chain and ring for myself.

The sales rep Danielle was excellent. She helped me with exchanging a necklace that had broken (never even worn), She also sold me a bracelet & cleaning kit (that i had not planned to buy). She was friendly and knowledgeable; and assisted me with the self cleaning station for my old Pandora bracelet. All this while training a new employee. Great job, she made me feel appreciated & I was happy to spend $$$.
