As I entered the store, it was clean with employees appeared to be happy. Kaylyn assited me. She was professional ans knoledgeable. She even upsold me on a few items. At checkout Kaylyn and Lauren assisted to make checkout faster. I will be back!

All of the staff were friendly and answered my questions. They helped me learn my ring size. There was always someone attending me and making good recommendations based off my taste.

I was at Pandora store at Keystone at the Crossing, Indianapolis for exchange, and the clerk took the time to fit me for bracelet and showed me how to open and close clasp.
