THE ASSOCIATES WERE KIND. ONLY ONE CHARM I NEEDED WASN'T AVAILABLE. THE STORE WAS VERY BUSY BUT THE ASSOCIATES WERE VERY PATIENT.

I was shopping after Christmas, so I expected the stock to be low. The sales associate showed me the sale items first before moving to the more expensive charms. I told her I was looking for emerald shaped, blue and sparkly. She reached into a tray under the counter and says, "like this?". YES! Exactly! She nailed it! We slipped it onto my bracelet, paid and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. This girl knows her stuff.

Your sales associate Kristen was very helpful and patient with my husband and I. Kristen show us different charms and bracelets to go with my style. I appreciate Kristen with her great smile and excellent customer service!

I was treated very nicely by the employee and the service was excellent! Although there was a sign in sheet, it did not take long to get waited on. Great customer service.
