The sales associates always greet us at this Pandora right away. Sophie I believe is her name is always in great spirits, very kind, knows jewelry details without looking at the book, her speed of service is always quick. She is knowledgeable and customer service skills always on point. She is a very caring person. When I show up alone she will ask about my mother and daughter. Which is thoughtful. So far she has service myself, daughter and mother to selecting jewelry. She made our experience smooth especially on my mother first visit. Please keep her! She deserves a raise for going above and beyond!
