I’v always liked Pandora merchandise. Each year my sister and I take turns buying each other a charm’. I have a necklace and she has a bracelet.

I had to return a Mother's Day gift that was too small. It was very busy the week before Mother's Day and the sales ladies were trying to service multiple people at the same time. They did a great job. When I returned a week or two later to get a bracelet that fit more properly the sales lady remembered me. I think her name was Kaylynn, maybe. She got me set up with a better bracelet, and transferred all of the charms to the new bracelet.

This was my first Pandora bracelet, my sales associate walked me through the various charms and devices that could be used/added on to my bracelet. She answered all questions and was very friendly!
