First of all I really enjoyed talking to the staff there, Ivy her name was, it was really pleasent talking to her! I would go back there again as soon as I can.

The sales associate Suzette was extremely helpful and made the experience great.

Ivy H. was awesome! I initially went into the store to get my bracelet fixed. Unfortunately, it was no longer under warranty, but she tried her best to fix the issue. I had a made a visit to a different Pandora store months ago about the same issue and was told to continue to wear the bracelet.Then eventually it would stop being so hard to clasp and not fall off anymore.Well, the bracelet continued to fall off until it broke. Ivy H. showed me some other bracelets that she felt I would interested in purchasing. We also looked at charms and rings. She was very patient and knowledgeable about all the jewelry items. I ended up purchasing a bracelet, 2 charms, and a ring. I’m super happy with the items I bought. Thanks Ivy!!!
