MJ was my service rep at the Indianapolis Keystone/Crossing store. She was fantastic! The charm that I desperately wanted appeared to be sold out, but MJ remembered seeing it on a display bracelet and found it for me, making me very happy and will be a nice surprise for my wife on Christmas day (because she really wanted that specific charm)!! Well done, MJ.
