I arrive 10 minutes before the store closed for a quick exchange. I didn’t realize the store closed at 8pm that day, she never mentioned it and was so professional and patient helping me. She made suggestions and assisted with suggestions I ended up buying 2 additional charms. She was a 10+++++. When I realized the store should have closed 15 minutes earlier, I apologized profusely and she kept saying it was not a problem and how important it was for me to love my purchase. I’m new to Pandora but you can believe I am a lifelong customer now because of this experience! She was AMAZING!!!!
