My daughter and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the doorway. The sales associate was knowledgeable about the merchandise. The store was clean and tidy.

We came in to shop and have my daughters ring cleaned because the color wasn’t as bright. When we returned to pick it up the sales associate agreed that the finish of the rose gold had came off in the past 10 months. She offered a replacement and actually sized up the ring because it was a little too tight. We were shocked she offered this! We were highly satisfied with this experience and will defiantly purchase more jewelry from Pandora because of Kayla at Fashion mall-Keystone in Indy.
