Beautiful section of jewelry. Sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. Wish there was more selector charms in the store, but overall very pleased

I have been a collector since 2009. I made a birthday purchase for my daughter. She too has become a collector. We enjoy shopping and creating with various charms and accessories.

The location of the store was easy to get to. We did not have to wait to enter into the store like some stores have you do and there was no long line to wait in. Jada our sales associate was absolutely AMAZING!

I came into the store to have my bracelet, charms, and earrings cleaned. The drop off was really simple and the sales person even said the cleaning would be done in just 20 minutes! I was thrilled by the quick turnaround given it was Saturday. Then, when I came back to pick them up, I asked Cami about my earrings—I wasn’t sure if a dark spot on them was just an illusion or if a stone had fallen out. She said she thought it was a missing stone and attempted to look up my purchase with 3 different phone numbers. She was very patient and kind despite not being able to find the transaction after multiple attempts. I thought I would be out of luck (which I totally would have understood without proof of purchase), but she offered to replace them anyway! I was blown away by her customer service and appreciate Pandora standing behind their product! I called my mom as soon as I left the store to brag about the customer service and to encourage her to continue to shop at your store! I will continue to spread the word about your Keystone location. -Special thanks to Cami! She made my day! Pandora now has a more loyal customer, and I can’t wait to come back and shop!

The associate was very friendly and welcoming. She was helpful immediately with the exchange by finding my receipt via email. She also assisted in other questions that I had about the item I was exchanging and another I had a question about; even offered to locate an item in other stores for my convenience.

The ladies at this store are awesome! They are always very helpful. I enjoy coming to talk to them.
