Jessica B. was very knowledgeable and friendly during my visit to Pandora last week. I was looking for a new spring charm to add to my collection. At first, I wanted to look at the Pink Pave Daisy Flower Charm, but then she showed the Pink Daisy Flower Dangle Charm. I liked the latter charm better. My daughter was interested in the new Alice in Wonderland collection. She knew she wanted one charm and Jessica suggested another charm from the same collection to go with it. My daughter liked the suggestion she made.

Cayman was the best! She was friendly and she was helpful. Kudos to her for an outstanding job!
