I was assisted by 2 very sweet associates who made sure I was satisfied with my purchases, and then beautiful wrapped my charms.

The staff was responsive to my needs. Each employee I encountered was pleasant and knowledgeable. The employee who assisted me made my first-time visit comfortable and pleasant.

I given good advice on my choices of charms and I have been looking online for the number 50 and she says I got one I could’ve hug 🤗 her great customer service and they keep minimum people in store to protect they self and others and I love Pandora...

The sales associate made the return process easy. They pulled up our order very quickly and made the process of finding a new clip charm very smooth. We mentioned it was our anniversary, and they brought up the fact that we should look at the anniversary charm, and we appreciated not being pressured into buying anything. We went ahead and added the anniversary charm in addition to the new clip charm we picked out, and the entire process was handled efficiently. The associate also gladly cleaned our charms and bracelet. Overall a great experience!
