Staff member Kelin (sp?) was very helpful both on the phone and in person. She was patient and knowledgeable of the products.

Kayman was very helpful to my friend and I as we were shopping for friendship rings. We travel to visit the Keystone store in Indiana around our birthdays. Kayman notice a stone missing on my ring I have got from there and offered to replace it under the warranty! Very nice and helpful, we really appreciated the service.

The associate (Kayla?) was absolutely phenomenal and so helpful! She made the experience of shopping in the store awesome. I tried to call the feedback 800 number to provide info about my visit, but no one answered. She said she's worked there 3 years and I think she should be the manager! Or the district manager...she's that good!

Great customer service--friendly and knowledgeable. The store was busy, but the staff were calm and courteous. Quickly found the charm I came in to purchase and a pair of earrings that caught my eye while waiting outside in line.

Service was extremely great and everything that I wanted was in stock , I was replacing a bracelet that was lost .
