My collections of beautiful charms have grown within the last year kudos to the Sale associate who helped me find my forever charm!

My husband went to buy me a charm. When they didn't have in store they immediately went to locate it with other stores, then once found offered to send it via regular. To me the ladies went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

The store was very clean. The sales staff were friendly and wonderful. Had a great selection of charms.

The sales clerk was very helpful in offering options. The store was following all precautions relating to covid.

Our sales associate was fabulous and very intentional about helping us find the perfect piece.

I came in with a broken bracelet and they gave me a new one , and cleaned it off for me. Also my ring was replaced with no problem.

I walked in the store associate spoke she was very polite.the store was clean and safe. she help me with several things because I was undecided on what I was looking for but I was thinking about bracelet but then I end up getting a necklace I was very satisfied thank you!

Keilin was such a sweetheart when helping me pick out my ring and figure out my size! I will definitely be back soon!

Excellent customer service

I had to go to two locations because the first location did not have the ring I wanted. Both stores had very friendly associates. The two stores communicated with one another so when I walked in the second store they knew exactly what I was in need of.
