Friendly sales person, very helpful only issue I had is she used a cloth sack to shine one of the charms then gave it to me instead of giving me a unused/new cloth sack.

The sales staff knew exactly what I was looking for. The sales staff even offered to gift wrap my purchase. With the a COVID-19, the store had a great flow process.

Kayman’s customer service was on point. We bought stuff that we had no intentions on buying. She did a great job up saling. The only thing is she forgot to order my graduation books.. Between my sister she maneuvered really well..

I was welcomed warmly and helped up and beyond by both ladies. I just wish the prices were a little seeing that Pandora doesn't insure it's products.
