I was exchanging a bracelet my husband purchased for a smaller size. I would have bought the smallest size, but the person assisting me recommended the medium size for this particular style so as to leave room for charms, which I felt was great advice.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable. I came in asking if she could help me figure out my ring size and helped me with size my whole hand! I bought two rings and I appreciated her patience the whole time.

A bracelet that I already owned had lost a part. The person that worked there was extremely knowledgeable and exchanged my bracelet immediately for one that had all of its parts. She also asked if I would like to have my bracelet polished.
