I purchased an expensive wedding set from another store and had 7 stones fall out in 6 months and now the store is giving me issues about giving me my money back. I decided to stop into Pandora to get something to wear in the meantime. However, I love my set and don’t plan on buying anything more expensive. Kaylyn was amazing and so helpful. I really appreciated the great service I had, especially the considering the poor service I had at the other jewelry store.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. My warantee and exchange was located swiftly and efficiently. I wish there were more charm selections for the essence line.

The item that we needed to exchange was purchased at a store in the US Virgin Islands. Because of this the purchase wasn't in the system. Thankfully the store manager remembered me from my previous purchases and was willing to do the warranty exchange without finding the purchase in the system.

When I go in a Pandora Store, I know that I will be getting a very good quality and beautiful piece of jewelry or charms. I have enjoyed adding charms to my bracelets and my husband just purchased a necklace that holds the mini charms. Excellent prices. I like that I can create a piece of jewelry that is unique to me and reflects my personality.
