I have been to three stores to look for a specific ring and they don’t have my size but also unable to tell me when will it be available, so I was really appreciated to found it at the pandora store in Indianapolis.

The staff was very friendly. They were very knowledgable. And they were very helpful, letting me try on a variety of bracelet styles to find the one that I liked the best.

Rachel was friendly and helpful, finding the things we knew that we wanted AND suggesting other things that she thought we might like. Knowing her inventory so well and quickly figuring out our style, she made many very helpful suggestions... helpful, solicitous, and not pushy... a lovely experience!
