I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. The Pandora stores are always gleaming and very attractive. The manager helped me and was very friendly and helped me locate the particular charms I was looking for. Love the buy 2 get 1 special.

The sales ladies were very knowledgeable and asked us if we were looking for anything specific and helped us get what we were looking for. They were both very personable as well. Made the experience easy and enjoyable. Will be back soon to purchase more charms!
