The CS Associate was knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied. She reconfigured my bracelet and gave m options to consider. Again, she went above and beyond to make sure i was happy.

Jess knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to the merchandise and made me so excited about what I was buying. She gave me expert advice on sizing and color of what I should buy, and informed me of the exciting promotion you had going on! She was such a pleasure to shop with and I am so excited to come back to see her or someone else from your bubbly and welcoming sales team. Even with several customers in the store, I felt as if all the attention was on me and was able to get everything I needed.

The salesgirl was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me in finding the exact type ring I was looking for as a memorial to my mom whose birthday it was the day of purchase ..she has been gone several years now and the loss gets no easier. I had just come from cemetery and the salesgirl was most patient in answering all my questions and concerns.
