Great experience

I called this store to inquire about the availability of a ring in my size. The associate was very pleasant and located it quickly for me. When I arrived at the store, she completed my return/exchange without any delay it problem. She also directed me to a few new products.

I was Highly satisfied with my pandora experience because the person that helped us was very nice. She was also very patient with us. The store was very clean and it was easy to find everything we wanted.

It was close to close however I did not feel rushed. The salesperson was very nice and personable and stayed with us throughout my visit. She didn't hover but was available and showed us what we asked about and made some suggestions. No pressure to buy what we looked at... great shopping experience! She did not appear fake but happy to help us. Thank you!

The sales associate was very friendly and familiar with the products. She did not try to pressure me into anything. The displays in the store were very well done.

The sales representative, Rachael, was very attentive, pleasant and helpful. She recommended products and ways to wear them, informed me on the sales and took the time to get me on a list for a product I wanted but they had not yet received into inventory. Great experience.

They didn't question me at all about why I was returning the bangle bracelet. They immediately said they would replace the bracelet since one of the balls on the end of the bracelet fell off. They were also very patient when I was looking at the items I was interested in buying even though I said I would be back later to purchase. There was NO pushiness at all!!

I found what I was loking for and the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I think her name was Katya. I will be back again😄

Gretchen greeted me as soon as I walked in the store. I was shopping for 45% off sale jewelry. She showed me the rings and I choose one that was call for eternity and I love it!! I will be back to this store to see Gretchen!
