The employees were so sweet and fun. They were very helpful. Their love of the Pandora line was evident, their excitement was contagious.

I was very happy that the sales associate made me feel very comfortable from the time that I walked in the door. She was very friendly and eager to help me find the ring that I was looking for. She was also very helpful in being very informative on my purchase and warranty.

I have never been to a pandora store before and I was truly satisfied with my first visit. Wasn’t looking for anything specific but the sales associate was a huge help in deciding which rings looked best & with what size. There was only one ring left in the size I needed and she searched all over the store to find it for me. She really knew what she was talking about and was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be back soon!

I was highly satisfied with the service Pandora had to offer. Everyone was nice within the store. I was also satisfied with the amount of inventory to choose from.

From the time we entered the store until we left, the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We asked for help with loading a purchase from a foreign purchase(Venice), purchased a new piece, and had our bracelets cleaned. Good stop!
