Good customer service

I bought my daughter a pandora bracelet for her 16th birthday in April of 2017. Her bracelet broke, and since it happened within a year, they gave her a new one under the warranty. I appreciate them standing behind their product, but hope that I do not run into this problem again in the future. For the kind of money I spent, i hope that the new bracelet will stand the test of time.

I was greeted with a smiling face immediately upon coming thru the door. The sales rep put together different ways to wear the jewelry based on my choices. The rep did not hesitate to pull out as many items as I wanted to see and did not become irritated by my indecisiveness. All of the reps at this store always appear professional and happy to be there.
