Walked in knew exactly what I wanted. Told the manager want I was looking for. She walked right over showed it to me. Then asked if I wanted it giftwraped. Very nicely taken care of every time I go in there.

I go to pandora all the time I absolutely love it. I have this ring from the pandora rose collection that my mom adores so I had to buy it for her. They have a great selection of rings in their store and are willing to look up other locations if they don’t have what you’re looking for.

The Pandora bead was a gift from my husband who was very pleased with the store, the associate as well as the purchase. We may not be returning because we do not live in the city of Indianapolis, we were just visiting.

The service was amazing. I purchased new items but had two bracelets cleaned while I was there. Didn't realize until the end the actual manager was helping me and couldn't have been nicer.
