Staff seemed to be somewhat tire, the service was a little bit delayed and there were not to many options for what I was looking for.

It was Saturday afternoon and there was a lot of people waiting. I saw people leaving as they gave up waiting. My wife already had a bracelet and charms and wanted more Disney ones, so we patiently waited despite being in a hurry to pick up kids.

I purchased an item with a price tag of $45.00 advertised on it and the associate told me it was the wrong price it’s $55 I feel she should have sold it for what it was advertised for .

it was kind of expensive considering i spent $300 for 2 charm bracelets and the clasp broke and i found out they weren’t covered to fix it, which was very disappointing

Only 1 associate on duty and long lines. Lots of customers and price online did not match in store. Finally had to leave so paid what was asked.

Pricing of merchandise was higher than expected. Sale pricing confusing. Less items to choose from.

Associate did not know price and had to call manager at home and another store to find out.
