Pandora Jewelry

Tried to use Klarna to make purchase, as I purchased major items. Klarna would not work at this location. Had to pay in full. Purchase would have been larger if I had this option.

The price on the charm tray said $35. I was charged $45. The associate stated that “prices went up” however, I feel that the price listed should have been honored. I don’t like being blindsided.

Only one sales associate working. Had to wait approximately 10 minutes for associate to finish up with another customer. Not very many charms on display to look at while waiting.

I knew what I was looking for and the sale person knew their inventory and was able to help me find what I was looking for, in and out in 15 minutes, great service

Need to have boxes for the merchandise. I had to go to another pandora to get them

The bracelet I wanted was not available.

Not much teamwork in the store between the staffs. The staff that was helping me asked her coworkers for help however the other coworkers didn’t help.

When I arrived not enough associates, wait time too long, the item was not in stock, had to drop off charm for cleaning

Friendly service product that i needed was on site

The main sales associate who seemed to be the lead was just ok. Overall you could tell she just seemed more on a power trip than the other associates. The sales associate who assisted me in this transaction did a great job.
