I was highly satisfied with the staff she helped me out well. She was patient and kind and made sure I was satisfied. I won't be back to this location only cause I was on vacation.

I went to the store in The Fashion Mall at Keystone at the Crossing, and the young lady at the counter didn’t ask which bracelet that I purchased for my wife. I understand that some of the bracelets have a threaded piece at the clasps, the one I purchased did not have it. I bought a safety chain, went to install it, and now I have to buy more product to make it work. I wish that she would have looked up my recent purchase through my email, and provided me with the proper items so that my wife can enjoy her bracelet.
