Need more options in certain price range… customer service was great but if you’re trying to stay within a certain budget than the salesperson shouldn’t try to up sale you on something out of your budget.

Have no reason

They did not have exactly what I wanted and the ring sizes are limited.

I do not feel that a store simply doing it's job should be rated as highly satisfied. The job was satisfactory as expected.

The limited selection of merchandise available was disappointing.

Ally was a great help

They didn’t have what I was looking for.

The first sales person was somewhat rude when I touched the brochure not realizing she was using it. She snapped at me and it was embarrassing.

Items that I wanted was not there.

The sales associate wasn’t thoroughly knowledgeable about the products. I asked about cleaning gold jewelry and she begin to provide incorrect info. Another associate stepped in with the correct info.
