I understand that with COVID you have to have customer limits. However, the associates need to wait on the next person waiting outside the store in line and not go back to the backroom for several minutes.

sales associate assumed we wanted cheaper merchandise or a sale which felt rude. I asked for gold and she stated it was more expensive which is obvious.

Long line outside of the store - had to wait 30 minutes. People cut in line and just walked in the store. No one offered assistance while waiting in line, nor did they offer explanation for the wait or other options. They might consider a reservation system and wait list like restaurants to avoid the line. With a 6 person instore customer limit, you should limit groups to parties of 2. There was a group of 4 women with only 1 of them purchasing charms ahead of me which meant only 2 other customers could be in the store. As a result there were sales associates just standing around with no customers. Very frustrating! I saw several people leave while waiting in line. The store was out of stock of many items I was looking for.

I am an African American woman and I am disappointed that Pandora does not carry charms dedicated to African American interests.

The representative was initially uninterested and seemed to not care about the issues I was having. My boyfriend had recently bought me a pandora bracelet in August so I was coming in to see about returning/exchanging (if still possible), however - I was already prepared to buy a new bracelet with correct sizing due to it being passed the 30 days. The representative rushed me through this process, especially through paying for my new bracelet. I finally asked her to give me some time to think about what I was doing and she apologized. I had some other questions about pandora charms and she seemed very bothered by my questions that I decided to just leave the store without making another purchase.

After I made a purchase I asked the associate if she could clean my bracelet and she said no. Instead she tried to sell me cleaner I already have. I feel like a cleaning should come with any purchase.

The reason for my visit was to return a bracelet that was shipped to me. Upon visiting the store to get a bigger size it was discovered that Pandora had sent me the wrong item and it didnt match the shipping invoice. I was instructed to call Pandora and return the bracelet by mail because they couldnt accomodate me. Upon receiving the correct bracelet by mail I had to return to the store again to get the right size. In the end I got what I wanted.

Compared to years past, it was not as easy to browse the items and we felt a little rushed due to the line of people waiting to get into the store.
