I think the prices are higher than I like to pay for these items. There was nothing done to cause my not being highly satisfied because the designers di not set prices. She was great but I had a budget and to stay with it was difficult and still get what I wanted.

I was not Highly Satisfied with my Pandora experience because the Sales Associate did not have knowledge of some of the charms that I asked about. That was a bit disappointing. Also, a charm that I wanted was out of stock.
