I have purchased two pieces a bracelet and a clip that both no longer work and therefore can not be worn, but because they were purchased in Aug. 2018 I am outta luck. I emailed and called customer service with no help. I am frustrated.

I was looking for a particular gold charm that my wife had identified a few days ago and I could not find it. I should have written down an item number instead of relying on my memory.

Some of the charms were limited. It was a new rose gold braclet that I wanted but it's a stackable you can't put charms on it. I wished it was more styles of charm braclets as well. And store is very small.

The store was extremely crowded due to it being Mother's Day. I would have had a better experience if I would have come on a day there was not a holiday. Staff was great!

From the moment I walked in, an associate was ready to help me. I asked many questions, and all were able to be answered. The associate was willing to get out whatever I had asked to see.

I came first to the castleton mall IN, they didn't have my bracelet size , they service was awful i will never be back in that store because of that , i had to go to the fashion mall were i found what i was looking for an a great attention.
